My journey helping others began over 2 decades ago when I started my career as a therapist at a community mental health center. I understand that we all have our unique stories that include our family history, values, dreams, strengths, fears, accomplishments and struggles. The goal of my practice has always been to help people recognize that the best version of them already exists, they just need to become deeply acquainted with it so that they can choose to live a life that reflects who they truly are meant to be. 

Combining my therapy background with life coaching as well as yoga and meditation has given me the tools necessary to help clients manifest a healthy and integrated mind-body connection and learn to rewrite the stories of their lives so that they can create a reality that truly serves them. It is through these practices that real, tangible change happens. Ditch feeling stuck, unmotivated and negative and learn to cultivate excitement, confidence, meaning and passion in your life!


A little more about me...I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have been going strong for 30 years!  I am a Midwestern native, but have lived in Tucson since 2003.  After surviving almost two decades of Tucson summers, I now feel like a true desert dweller.  I am the proud parent of one amazing teenage daughter and three fabulous fur babies. I enjoy traveling, hiking, live music and authentically connecting with others.  When I am enjoying some self-care time, you'll probably find me taking long walks, practicing yoga, meditating, cuddling my pets and reading.
