My journey into helping others began over 20 years ago when I started my career as therapist at a community mental health center. Throughout my work with clients, I began to realize just how important every facet of their unique self was in reaching their goals. I decided that in order to move forward and be effective in helping people create lasting emotional and behavioral change, I had to develop a holistic approach that worked with emotions, thoughts, the subconscious and the physical body.
Combining my therapy background with becoming a certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher and life coach has given me the tools necessary to help clients manifest a healthy and integrated mind-body connection with methods that lead to a deep personal understanding of the self. It is through these practices that real, tangible life changes happen!
A little more about me...I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have been going strong for close to 30 years! I have lived in Tucson since 2003. I love the desert, the sunsets, the cactus blooms and the dry air! We are the proud parents of one amazing teenage daughter and three fabulous fur babies.
I enjoy traveling, hiking, live music and authentically connecting with others. When I am enjoying some "me" time, you'll probably find me taking long walks, practicing yoga, meditating and reading memoirs.
